Please remember that mail rates are set by the US Postal Service and are outside of our control.  Most items will be sent USPS Priority Mail because the service can be tracked and insurance is included (up to $50.00). Priority Mail will include a $1.00 handling cost to cover the high quality packing materials used.
RETURN POLICY:
If there is a problem, please politely let us know through eBay messaging first to allow us to rectify any issues before giving feedback.
After receiving your item, we would appreciate your immediate feedback. This lets us know that the item was received and we will then leave feedback for you.
We accept returns within 14/30 days of receipt if items not as described, unless auction listing specifies no returns because item is being sold as is. We do not offer refunds because of buyers remorse. Refunds will be given only if we have not accurately described the item(s). Buyer pays return shipping costs. Item(s) must be returned in the same condition that they were sent. Please message us through eBay for return authorization. If an item has been damaged in shipment by USPS, a damage claim will have to be filed by the buyer. It’s best take the box and item to the Post Office as proof. Items damaged in shipment will not qualify for our return policy.
INTERNATIONAL BUYER:
All international items will be sent with the custom form accurately completed and marked as merchandise. We are not responsible for any additional fees that various countries charge. First Class International Mail is not trackable. Most International shipping will be via Priority Mail. In some cases, International shipments can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.
