Replacement & Return Policy
At e-Goldmountain we guarantee that our customers will receive all

damaged during shipping, you should call when you receive the shipment, because
full fund return must be requested within 7 days. If the product is a defect,
we will ship a new replacement immediately after you call us. UPS may pick up
the damaged or defect product from you when we ship you the new replacement or

For opened non-defect return, Restocking fee may be charged depending on
condition. The returned merchandise must be in new condition and in
its original factory carton. Instruction manual and all
accessories must be included in the returned package. You will be charged extra
