The shipping carrier is responsible for loss or damaged items. Any insurance claims or monetary claims for items damage during transit will be strictly between the buyer and the freight company in question. I pack items with care but when the carrier takes possession, I can?t guarantee safety, I do not offer partial refunds. Any returns are at BUYERS EXPENSE.
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping transit, you, the buyer, agree to file The insurance claim with the appropriate freight company. I will send you the necessary receipts for you to file a claim with the appropriate freight company. It is your responsibility to file a claim for any insured item that is damaged because that is what the insurance is purchased for.
You will need to keep the damaged item, the box with the label on it, and all of the original packing material as the freight company may require them for proof of damage.
You must report any damage to me within one day of receipt of the item.
Condition used. Any defects not mentioned but visible in picture will be considered as “described.? Sold ?As Is.?? See pictures. Please ask questions. What I consider normal ware might be different than yours. Use pictures for proof of normal ware. I AM NO EXPERT. I feel or see no nicks, chips or cracks.
Returns only accepted if there is GROSS error in my description. YOU MUST DOCUMENT ANY DISCREPANCIES IN YOUR CLAIM UPON RECEIPT OF ITEM. You will have to provide photographs to me and eBay within one day of receiving the item or items. If you return an item and it is not in the same item or same condition as pictured in the description, NO REFUND will be made. Buyer will pay for any return shipping.
